Privacy: WhatsApp's DNA

Post by Prisila405 »

Days after publishing the update to its policies, WhatsApp issued a statement explaining in detail the implications of these adjustments and, in the process, denying many false rumors. Regarding user privacy, the following is highlighted:

WhatsApp encrypts all your private messages and calls, so neither the list of dominican republic whatsapp phone numbers platform nor Facebook have access to your conversations and/or calls.
WhatsApp does not store logs of messages or calls, so it cannot know who you are communicating with.
WhatsApp does not have access to your shared location and it is not shared with Facebook either.

WhatsApp groups are and will remain private.
The app has an option that allows you to delete your messages permanently.
At any time you can request a copy of your stored data directly from the App.

This means that the app will continue to maintain the same level of security, privacy and end-to-end encryption that it has had since 2016 , ensuring that no one other than you and the users involved in the conversation or groups will have access to the messages or calls.
