There's always talk about how HR professionals and companies use AI to optimize their b2b email list recruiting processes. However, in this study, we also want to look at the other side: How many job seekers use AI tools, how do they use the technology to optimize their application process, and how do they use AI to improve their hiring prospects? What new challenges does this pose for recruiters, and how can they still find the right candidates? 

We surveyed 2,997 job seekers from 12 countries, including 250 from Germany, to find the answers.* With these insights, HR managers, who face new challenges posed by applicants' use of AI, can find ways to select the right candidates.
