Guido Montaruli has forged his career in the OSDE group, the leading network of medical assistance services in Argentina. After almost 11 years in the company, he has risen to become Senior Business Leader, a position he currently holds. He tells us his story in the following interview.

With a degree in international business, you started working very early on in process improvement for OSDE, managing projects in the areas of Commercial Management. What exactly did your job entail?
Mainly, articulating the needs of Management towards Processes and Systems, analyzing the solutions to find the best alternative to solve a certain business problem.

How much weight do your online marketing tasks have in comparison to your spain phone number list other duties, and which ones do you enjoy the most?
Within the Commercial Department, Marketing Management is the one that most demands work related to digital channels, so I needed to accompany it with a postgraduate degree to be able to provide a more valuable perspective on the company's needs.
The tasks that I like the most are those related to communication: e-mail marketing, content, social networks, for example.

What does your job as a Senior Business Leader entail?
The different business proposals are analyzed to find the best solution in terms of costs, benefits and channels. In addition, external proposals are evaluated and digital trends are investigated to incorporate them into the company.

What are the particularities of the Healthcare sector from the point of view of online marketing?
The sector is not alien to the customs and needs of all people and how they relate to technology. The online concept no longer speaks of a channel but of an experience of all of us as consumers. This concept has been breaking down restrictions on contact times, demanding immediacy and, fundamentally, personalization. Online marketing generates opportunities for reach, costs and functionalities that have radically changed the relationship with customers.
