Is there a solution to burnout?
Experts advise at least three weeks of continuous rest, at least twice a year. We will use the first week to "detox" from work. Otherwise, our brain will subconsciously continue to process information, and we will take the work atmosphere with us wherever we are. The second week is reserved for rest, and the third is used to prepare for the return to work. It has probably happened to you that the day after returning from vacation you are already at your desk. In your mind, you're still sipping a cocktail on the beach, but in reality you have new work duties ahead of you. That is why a gradual return to work tasks is so important. However, as we said at the very beginning, there are few who have the luxury to afford a three-week vacation just when they feel they need it.
