Raising the ceiling of the popular savings account (LEP)
From October 1 , the ceiling of the popular savings asia cell phone number list account (LEP) is raised from 7,700 euros to 10,000 euros ( decree no. 2023-901 of September 28, 2023). The opening of a LEP is reserved for people over 18 years old, fiscally domiciled in France and subject to resource conditions.
The minimum amount to be deposited remains at 30 euros, and the remuneration rate has been maintained at 6% since August 1, 2023 .

Increase in MaPrimeRénov' Sérénité aid
The National Housing Agency (Anah) is increasing its aid for energy renovation work. Thus, from October 1, 2023 , households with modest and very modest incomes who carry out a comprehensive renovation of their home will be able to benefit from more advantageous aid.
For households with very low incomes: the financing rate is increased to 65% of the amount of the work , compared to 50% previously.
For low-income households: the financing rate is increased to 50% of the amount of work , compared to 35% previously.
