You started your career as a news editor, sports journalist and radio host. Why did you decide to study journalism?
Journalism is a vocational profession, you have to feel it and then live it. At high school I knew I wanted to study it because of my great interest in current affairs. Being able to tell others stories that you have experienced fi switzerland consumer mobile number list rst hand is something that hooks you . The times I have worked as a journalist I have been able to notice that feeling of doing what I like, dedicating myself to my hobby and, therefore, not considering it a job. I also like the function it has of controlling power , it is a very important responsibility for the profession but sometimes it is forgotten.

Do you think it is difficult to find work as a journalist nowadays compared to years ago? What has been your experience in the sector?
Unfortunately, since I finished my degree it has been very difficult to find work as a journalist. The crisis has hit traditional media and has forced them to tighten their belts. They have fewer resources and have to lay off part of their staff to cut costs . Today it is still difficult to make a name for yourself in the profession. And if you manage to find something, it will surely be under disastrous conditions. The Internet is also causing major changes that force traditional media to react. If they don't, they will end up dying. On the other hand, digital media have proliferated, which are a new range of possibilities .
As a journalist I have collaborated with online and local media but I have done so voluntarily, without receiving any remuneration . That is what you are willing to do to learn, especially during your degree and perhaps shortly after finishing it. But not anymore. Therefore, seeing the difficulty that working as a journalist entails, I have been able, at least, to manage to do occasional collaborations. They are an escape route, they serve to keep you connected to the profession and depending on the medium they are better or worse paid . It is also difficult to find them, but once you manage to get published, the satisfaction that comes with it is enormous. Now I am at that point, trying to combine collaborations with my daily work.
Almost at the same time, you started working at Atrápalo as Content Manager. What prompted this change of sector? Had you ever considered working in advertising?
