There are many books that list all the tricks for doing link building actions and increasing your positioning on Google (perhaps without mentioning the fact that the Penguin penalty is just around the corner), but in his book SEO Gardening Manual, Francesco Margherita (@francescomarghe), approaches this topic from a different point of view.

SEO Gardening Manual Review

After explaining what is meant by “semantics” in the world of SEO, the author of the book goes into specifics and addresses the topic of link building with a different approach than the traditional one, analyzing above all Co-citations and Co-occurrences:

Co-citations:
Francesco explains how, by sharing the canada telegram phone number list links with other sites that are more authoritative than mine, it is possible to increase the authority of my site in the eyes of Google.
This is true for both incoming links and outgoing links, in the sense that if my site links to a source that also receives links from other sites that are more authoritative than mine (obviously always on the same topic), we can enter more into the "good graces" of Big G.

Co-occurrences:
Different and even more delicate is the concept of co-occurrences, that is the relationship between mentions (without links to the site) and incoming links. On this topic Francesco analyzes, also with practical examples, the ever-increasing importance of this relationship compared to the simple count of links that my site receives.

The SEO gem:
The end of the book, which mainly reports possible positioning strategies for sites that deal with specific macro-topics (E-commerce, cooking, tourism etc. ...), also offers an interesting intervention (which I recommend reading) by my friend Riccardo Scandellari (@skande) on how Personal Branding impacts search engines.

In conclusion, I believe that Francesco Margherita's book does not have a specific target: in the first part, in fact, it is addressed to those who are taking their first steps in the world of SEO, the second to those who are already introduced, and the last to entrepreneurs with a propensity and knowledge (even if not in-depth) of Web Marketing.
