5. What should an invoice include?
Title: It seems obvious, but for it to be considered a legal document you have to put a label somewhere that makes it clear that it is an invoice.

6. Who can issue an invoice?
As we said at the beginning, the law establishes that any self-employed person or business owner registered with the Treasury can issue an invoice .
