The company structure is the basis for collaboration in Bitrix. The presentation presented a new Company Structure, which received a modern visual solution and a constructor version that is adapted for large slovenia phone number data companies (for example, shareholder branches will be added for them from January).

Major updates:

Flexible visibility - employees will be able to see only those departments to which they have access;
Deputies - in case the manager is temporarily unavailable;
Part-time workers - if an employee works in several departments, this will now be displayed;
Role-based rights model - HR specialists will be able to manage the structure without administrator rights, and managers will be able to add/remove employees;
It will also be possible to transfer entire departments to other departments.
Bitrix24 Boards
The new Bitrix24 Boards product allows you to visualize creative ideas together. You can choose a template or create a board from scratch. And also - add pictures, diagrams, different figures: in general, everything you need for joint creativity. Templates, including SWOT analysis, Team Profile, OKR will help you quickly create a board and start working right away.

Boards are a very important element for collaboration, because they will contain:

Unlimited number of boards, participants and objects on the board;
More than 20 templates;
Possibility of customization;
Importing boards from Miro

Bitrix24 Collabs
Collaborations are separate spaces for working together with external teams and clients within your Bitrix24.
