Patricia Hueso, IM student and web developer at Motivo Suficiente

Post by sakib25 »

Until recently, creativity and usability were separated by the wall of analog society. Now, professionals like Patricia Hueso are breaking it down for the good of all. Patricia trained at IM on the Tpro course in Usability and User Experience , found internships in the IM job bank at the company Motivo Suficiente and finally became part of said company as an art director and web developer . Today she explains why creativity professionals have to develop knowledge of usability and user experience.

What is Sufficient Reason?
Q: It is a company specialized in web design, online stores and positio afghanistan phone number list ning , although it also carries out all types of graphic design work and is associated with a printing company, so it offers a global service to its clients.

What is your daily routine like as art director and web designer at Motivo Suficiente?
Q: Tackling each new job that comes in, whether graphic or web, and making the necessary updates to our clients' websites.

What are the biggest challenges facing a web designer when planning a web project from scratch?
Q: Gather and analyse all the information you want to offer , as well as the objectives to be achieved , in order to establish an appropriate structure from the beginning and be able to begin the design phase. For me, that is the most important thing so that everything fits together in the end. If there is a flaw in the base, it will later show up and be more difficult to fix…

How did you find the internship?
Q: First I searched for companies related to the web world in the city where I live, Seville, and then my IM internship coordinator contacted them offering them the possibility of collaborating under an internship agreement, and Motivo Suficiente contacted me quickly.

Why do you think they hired you?
Q: Because I know both graphic and web design and have experience in the former, I can cover all the needs they have, and throughout the internship, they were able to see my ability to solve problems and develop these functions.

Why did you decide to train in Usability and User Experience?
Q: Because I know that for an art director, in these times, it is essential to have the maximum possible knowledge about the design of digital products, and usability and user experience are the necessary basis for any design . I had already designed websites and APPs previously, and I had always focused on them trying to take into account the user experience, but I did not have a training base to support “my intuitions”, which is why I decided to choose this course as the first part of my training in the digital field.
