Mónica Camacho is a partner and founder of the Costa Rican company ZUCA . Within the company, Mónica collaborates with her clients on interior design, brand renovation, and branding applications in commercial spaces. She also handles digital communication and creates content for social media .

Our Social Media and Community Management Course helped her completely rebrand and offer new services in order to achieve her business goals.

You have a degree in interior design and graphic design. Why did you decide turkey consumer mobile number list to train in Social Media and Community Management?
M: Many people may think that this is a strange combination, but I think it is the ideal one. When a client comes to us with a business idea, we can take them through the creation of the business model, graphic identity, design of the physical space, etc. And when this whole process is ready, it can be completed with a content strategy for social networks that helps them start or continue their company's objective.

What needs or problems in your company has the course helped you solve?
M: Communication. Social media allows us to reach not only people in Costa Rica, but the entire world . We understood that we can use this form of communication to converse and share with our followers and/or clients in an environment outside the office. We believe that it is an added value for the company.

Which of the subjects taught in the course were most useful to you when it came to refocusing your company's communication?
M: The entire course process allowed us to improve aspects of our company. We even made the decision to audit our business model and presence on social networks to obtain results that would allow us to improve our content strategy and marketing plan.

For cultural reasons, in Costa Rica and within a general target, the most used social networks are Facebook and Instagram (among an audience between 25 and 55 years old) so I would give my vote for these two courses, however, I think it is a matter of time before Costa Ricans identify with other social networks.

What do you think is important to consider when renewing a brand? What did the renewal process involve?
